Pregnancy & Reproductive Counselling
Infertility, Pregnancy, and Pregnancy Loss
Trying to conceive, being pregnant, or experiencing pregnancy loss can bring up complex emotions that are often carried quietly. Many women experience grief, anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm during this season, even when things appear “fine” on the outside.
I offer compassionate pregnancy and reproductive counselling in Red Deer, providing a supportive space to process infertility, pregnancy-related concerns, and pregnancy loss with care and understanding.

Loss, fertility challenges and pregnancy complications can feel very lonely. You do not have to do it alone.
Who May Benefit
Pregnancy and reproductive counselling may be helpful if you are navigating:
-
infertility or difficulty conceiving
-
pregnancy-related anxiety or emotional overwhelm
-
pregnancy after loss
-
miscarriage or pregnancy loss at any stage
-
mixed or complicated emotions during pregnancy
-
grief, uncertainty, or fear related to reproductive experiences
Common Experiences
Many women describe feeling pressure to stay hopeful, grateful, or strong while quietly managing fear, grief, or disappointment. You may feel unsure where you “fit” — especially if your experience doesn’t match expectations around pregnancy or motherhood. It’s common to feel alone in these emotions, particularly when others don’t know how to respond or minimize what you’re going through.
How Counselling Helps
Counselling offers a supportive space to explore emotions related to infertility, pregnancy, or pregnancy loss without rushing resolution or meaning-making. Sessions focus on emotional processing, nervous system support, and making sense of how these experiences impact identity, relationships, and future hopes. Support is paced gently and centred on what feels most important to you.
